Software Intelligence

We build software that works — and know exactly what it does:

  • build new software,
  • extend existing applications, and
  • make sense of the software you already have
What we do

Two lines.
One foundation.

No AI magic. No black box. We deliver controlled, auditable software development — from legacy analysis to autonomous implementation, with evidence at every step.

Building software
We make new software.
  • New build — from idea to production, controlled and traceable
  • Features on existing applications — extend what runs today, safely
  • Migration & modernization — legacy carried forward, the strangler way
Software Intelligence
We make sense of software that already exists.
  • Analysis, diagnosis & repair — existing & legacy; we find bugs in the code and design flaws in the architecture, and fix them
  • Quality scans — a one-time snapshot or a recurring film, with the delta over time
  • Test & evidence — capture current behavior as a golden master: the safe first step

Everything we build, we build with this intelligence.
Proof

Proof, not promises.

We ship working software and back every finding with evidence. A glimpse of what we found — and what you can expect.

Every finding, with evidence
No opinions. Measurements.
Your data stays inside your perimeter
Local-first. No egress.
Human GO/NO-GO at every step
You stay in control.

Software investigation
Subtle bugs, real damage

In one system, a timezone defect quietly shifted every new registration’s date of birth back by a day — for years, unnoticed. In another, a wrongly implemented state machine made entire invoices vanish without a trace. We trace faults like these to the exact line, with reproducible evidence and a safe fix.

Security · independent review
Four reported. We found more.

An independent security authority (CERT) reported four vulnerabilities in a legacy web application: predictable two-factor tokens, a login check enforced only in the browser, weak password rules, and a recovery flow that caused permanent account lockout. We confirmed all four — and on independent review found three more that had been missed, including a workflow bypass and an open redirect. Prioritized, evidenced and closed.

For whom

One platform.
Three audiences.

The C-level needs an overview. The PM needs insights. The developer needs understanding. Same engine. Different reading.

How it works

Seven stages.
One traceable path.

From existing codebase or new idea to production — every transition is a formal contract, not free text. Brownpaper, migration, or greenfield.

Engagement

Start where you need it.

The full pipeline, or just the part where your problem is right now.
Every piece works standalone and delivers value on its own.

Let’s talk.

Whether you need a one-time audit or a long-term partnership — we start with a conversation, not a contract.
